[91] Are You Healing Too Fast? Intuitive Reading + New Intuition Technique
Hi, my name is Elise Lebeau, I’m an intuition coach and your intuition is calling!
Let’s see what it has to say.
So today we’re doing a case study and introducing a new intuition technique to help you find clarity in your own life.
The way this works is that someone asked me a question anonymously about a problem they’re having where they feel stuck. If you’d like to ask a question and potentially become an anonymous case study, you can go to leftbrainintuitive.com/ask and tell me about your situation.
Where do you feel stuck? This process is completely anonymous. I don’t need to know anything about you—no email, no personal details. I’m not trying to sell you anything or put you on a marketing list. This is just to help you find clarity.
Intuition and Physical Symptoms
Today’s case study is for someone who is having a hard time with their right shoulder. It’s a radiating pain that specifically occurs when they try to lift their arm above shoulder height. Above that, it becomes painful.
Let’s see what we can figure out. I’m going to walk you through how I do an intuitive reading with limited information. I don’t have much background here, and I’m doing what I call a cold reading.
To give you a sense of how intuition unfolds, I’ll explain what happens step by step. Normally, this process happens in the blink of an eye, and the insight comes to me fully formed. But I’ll slow it down so you can see how I refine the intuitive insight.
How Intuition Works
The first step is to bring forth a 3D model of this person in my head. I’m able to do this using what I call the “Wi-Fi.” My intuition, just like yours, lives in the subconscious and can access information that’s not readily available to my conscious mind.
It’s like there’s a basement in our mind where a lot of information is stored—and that’s where intuition lives. She’s like the librarian of that basement, full of tons of information.
There are three primary sources of intuition that I use:
- The Physical Body (The Hard Drive):
This is the first source, and I call it the hard drive. I use computer terms because I’m a software engineer, and I understand the world in those terms. The body acts as a hard drive, remembering everything that has ever happened to you, as well as things passed down genetically from your parents. Your hard drive holds a lot of information about you and even things that happened before you were born. However, I can’t see your conscious thoughts because they’re like the monitor of a computer—they’re displayed, but they’re not what I read. Every thought you have leaves a trace on the hard drive, and that’s what I read. - The Wi-Fi Connection:
Through the Wi-Fi, I can connect to the hard drive of the person I’m reading. This is a unique skill—not everyone can do this—but it allows me to access relevant information stored in their subconscious. - The Cloud (Universal Information):
The Wi-Fi can also connect to what I call the cloud, which is a storehouse of information about events, places, and more. However, finding relevant information in the cloud can be tricky, like walking into the Library of Congress and asking for “a book.” You have to be specific.
Using these tools, I connect to this person’s body and look for information about their situation. I’m not concerned with physical causes like accidents or overuse because her logical mind already knows about those. She’s probably Googled it already. What I’m looking for is information she doesn’t know—the deeper, intuitive insight.
Connecting Intuition to Physical Symptoms
As I tap into her energy, I bring up a 3D image in my mind. Intuition doesn’t usually communicate through words because most information isn’t stored that way. It communicates using sensations, images, and emotions.
I see a lot of red, inflamed energy starting from the top of her shoulder, traveling all the way down to her fingers, then wrapping down her back, through her hip, knee, and right foot.
This makes me wonder if she also has pain in her right foot that doesn’t seem related to her shoulder. But it is connected.
I ask myself: What is the connection between the right shoulder and the right foot?
The right foot is an important grounding point. It’s how we connect to the physical world. Gravity keeps us grounded, and our feet are our primary point of contact with the earth. When we pay attention to this connection, we feel grounded; when we don’t, it can manifest as pain or other physical symptoms.
People who are highly sensitive to energy often experience symptoms in their feet when they feel overwhelmed. In this case, the pain is caused by an overflow of information coming up through the foot, traveling up the back, and exiting through the right hand.
The Root Cause
The issue isn’t isolated to her shoulder—it’s the exit point of the problem. The root cause is the overwhelming amount of information flowing through her body.
She has been calling this information to herself, even unintentionally. When we’re unhappy and ask “Why?” we call information to us. This person has been asking a lot of questions, consciously or subconsciously, and the answers are coming in too quickly for her to process.
Her intuition is listening and trying to answer, but it’s like drinking from a firehose—it’s too much, too fast. This is why her shoulder hurts. It’s her body’s way of slowing her down and getting her attention.
The Danger of Moving Too Fast
This isn’t the first time she’s done this. Her body is trying to warn her that she’s moving too fast, even when it comes to healing or seeking answers. Healing and transformation take time—rushing the process can hurt your body, energy, and mind.
Think of it like losing weight too quickly. It can be hard on your organs and leave your body struggling to adjust. Similarly, trying to force transformation too quickly can overwhelm your system.
Her body is creating pain as a way to slow her down. But she hasn’t connected these dots yet.
Intuition Technique: Clearing the Slate for Clarity
If this resonates with you—if you’re someone who tends to move too fast in life—here’s a technique to help you slow down and listen to your intuition.
- Count Backwards from 21 (Odd Numbers Only):
Before starting an activity that might overwhelm you, pause and count backward from 21, but only count the odd numbers (21, 19, 17, etc.). This forces your mind to focus and clears the slate. - Ask Your Intuition a Yes-or-No Question:
Once your mind is clear, ask your intuition: “Is it the right time to do this?” Answer quickly—yes or no. If you think about it for more than a second, your logical mind is interfering. - Trust the Process:
If your intuition says it’s not the right time, walk away and revisit the activity later. Commit to checking back in after a few days or when you feel ready.
By practicing this technique, you’ll start to develop a sense of when the timing feels right. Over time, you won’t need to count backward or ask consciously—you’ll just know.
The Importance of Timing in Intuition
Timing is crucial when it comes to intuition. Your intuition knows when additional information is needed or when the circumstances aren’t quite right. Rushing a decision with only a 10 percent probability of success feels very different than making a decision with a 90 percent probability. Trusting your intuition helps you move forward with clarity and confidence.
That’s all I’m getting for you today. I hope this was helpful. I’ll talk to you soon!
