Ep.74 Do You Have a Physical Symptoms That Won’t Heal? Intuition Bootcamp
Intuition Insights: Healing Symptoms That Won’t Go Away
Hi, my name is Elise Lebeau, I’m the Left Brain Intuitive, and your intuition is calling—let’s see what it has to say. Today, we’re going to talk about symptoms that don’t heal. They should, but they don’t. Let’s see if we can give you an intuitive insight about that.
This podcast is the first day of my most recent Intuition Bootcamp, where we had seven days of intuition focused on one of those pesky symptoms that won’t heal. I thought I’d share this with you to see if you can gain some intuitive insight today about what’s going on in your body.
If you’re interested in the bootcamps, join my intuitive community for logical women at community.leftbrainintuitive.com. See you there.
The 7 Day Intuition Bootcamp for Healing Persistent Symptoms
Welcome to the first day of the Intuition Bootcamp for a symptom that doesn’t heal. We all have one of those. I have one right now, if not multiple, and you know what? I still do these bootcamps myself because even for someone like me, who is a professional intuitive, there are problems that are really hard to avoid when dealing with intuition.
The first challenge is that we tend to focus on the problem. So you have something right now that’s hurting. For me, I have a bit of pain in my right shoulder, in the shoulder blade. Every time I feel this, I think, “Ah, why is this still here?” I focus, hyper-focus, on the problem. And this makes it really hard for intuition to come in.
The Power of Intuition: Shifting Focus from Problems to Solutions
Intuition is about the solution. If our mind is filled with the problem and we’re frustrated, angry, or discouraged about it, there’s no space for the solution to come in. One of the great things we’re going to do over the next seven days is create space for your intuition to deliver a message—a soul-deep intuitive insight that makes sense to you.
This is transformational because it’s the difference between staying stuck with the symptom that won’t heal and taking the first step toward progress. Achieving even a small improvement can be triggered by the clarity you gain.
Setting Your Intuition on Course: Identifying the Problem and the Goal
Intuition is a bit like Google Maps. There are two important things we need to know: where you are (where you’re stuck) and where you want to go. Once we have these two things, your intuition can say, “Oh, I know how to guide you now. Here’s the next step in that direction.”
This bootcamp is all about creating a space for your intuition to come in, helping you have a moment of clarity about what’s going on, and then taking the next step to make progress toward your goal of healing that symptom.
Choosing the Right Symptom: Focus on the Physical
First, a few tips about the kind of symptom to choose. We’re looking for something that is a physical symptom—it could be an illness you have, or it could be something that hurts somewhere. Don’t pick something like weight loss; losing weight is not a symptom, it’s not an illness, and it’s not well-suited for this bootcamp. I’ve designed this bootcamp very specifically to address this particular problem.
So, you’re going to pick something that either hurts or is an illness, and you’re going to declare that this is the one you’re going to solve.
Don’t worry if you have more than one issue—you have lifetime access to this bootcamp, and you can redo it as often as you want. But for the next seven days, we’re going to specifically tell your intuition, “This is the problem we want to solve.”
I want you to declare that, but we’re going to keep it comfortable. You can either post it in the comments, just write me a sentence about what you’re working on. If that doesn’t feel comfortable to you, maybe because it’s something private, go ahead and send me a chat message. There’s a little icon on the right, or on mobile, the chat is available there. Just send me a private message about the specific thing you’re working on.
This will do two things: First, it gives us our destination—this is what we want your intuition to focus on, and we’re making that very clear. Second, as a professional intuitive, I can ask my intuition what you most need to hear to experience that transformation with this symptom. I only take 10 people in this bootcamp because I always want to be able to customize it to your needs. The more I know about what’s going on with you, the better I can customize it.
So go ahead and let me know, either through the comments or through the chat, what you’ve selected, and we’re going to stick with it for the next seven days.
Creating Space for Intuition: The Cloud Mobile Technique
Let’s get started. The first technique I’m going to show you is called the Cloud Mobile. This is important to create the space where we’re stepping outside of the problem for a little bit and stepping into the solution.
Today, our goal is to figure out where it is that you’re trying to go. What does success look like when you get there?
Close your eyes and just follow my instructions. You don’t need to do anything right now; I’m taking care of everything. Just relax, close your eyes, and listen to me.
Imagine a really funny vehicle that I have, which I call my Cloud Mobile. It looks like a cloud. I’m driving it to you; you can see me in the little face window.
The door opens, and you come in. It’s a very comfortable space—it’s like cotton balls everywhere. As you lay down on your seat, you feel, “Ah, it’s the perfect temperature—not too cold, not too warm, just perfect the way you like it.” You feel very comforted here, knowing that someone is taking care of you and is with you on this journey. You’re not alone.
Now we’re going to move forward in time, because that’s the power of my Cloud Mobile. It’s able to move forward in time and explore all possible timelines. We’re going to pick the one where you’re solving this problem, the symptom that won’t heal.
We’re moving forward in time right now. We’re at the end of today. Now, we’re at the end of the bootcamp, and it was great—you loved it, and you had so many great intuitive insights, not just during the bootcamp but also throughout the day. Now, we’re moving forward, and you just figured it out.
This symptom is healed right now. I’m going to open the door and let you walk out there.
Visualizing Success: Connecting to Your Healed Self
I want you to look at yourself. Here she is—she no longer has this problem. It’s just happened. Now, tell me, how does she feel now that this is healed? Pause the video here and write down some notes about how this feels.
All right, now look at her again, and tell me, what is she doing now that this is healed? What’s different about her life that she couldn’t do before, but now that this is healed, it’s different? Pause the video here and write that down.
Navigating Intuition: Using Your Destination as a Beacon
When we’re trying to go from where you are now, feeling stuck with this symptom, to where you want to go—this moment in time that we’ve identified—there are two things that act as a beacon, guiding us in the right direction: your destination, how it’s going to feel, and what you’re going to do when you get there. The reason it’s a beacon is that your intuition does not communicate in words. It doesn’t store information in words, and it doesn’t usually communicate with you using words. We have to take extra steps to refine it into words. Everything is stored in your subconscious.
It’s not words. Just like your genetic material is stored somewhere in your body but not in words, right? Your intuition is like that too. It’s pulling from your subconscious like a librarian. It has access to all the data about you that is subconscious, which includes things about you, other people, and the world around you.
So, you have access to more information than you consciously know. Our goal is to set your intuition on target to retrieve that information and bring it up so that it’s just this one thing you need to do today.
Today, it was figuring out your destination.
So, you wrote something today from the Cloud Mobile. I’d like you to write it down on a post-it and include how you felt and what you did. Then, place it somewhere you’ll see it every day for the next seven days.
You can leave it on your computer, on your phone, or somewhere else you’ll notice it. I like to put mine above the toilet paper holder in my bathroom because I know I’ll go there every day, so I’m guaranteed to see it. Even if I don’t read it, my peripheral vision will register the words.
What we’re doing here is putting your destination on autopilot and telling your intuition, “This is what I want you to focus on. Don’t get distracted, focus on this.”
All right, that’s it for today. I’ll talk to you soon.
