Intuitive Message: Struggling with difficult clients in your business?
Hi, my name is Elise, I’m the Left Brain Intuitive, and I’m wondering if this message is for you. So today’s message is for a woman who is getting a lot of really difficult clients in her business. And it started small, like there was one client that was not sure if this is a good fit, but let’s go ahead.
And then, It started to spread to the point where I feel now that you have, your business has become really heavy because you’re just like, what is wrong with all these clients there? So I don’t see the specifics cause I’m reading your energy and I don’t see into your conscious mind, your thoughts, but in your energy though, I can see that they’re difficult.
They frustrate you. You have to constantly be careful about not showing that you’re angry, you’re trying to contain this. And it has become the point where you have a few good clients, but most of the ones you have are just really tough. And it’s confusing because it wasn’t like that. Some clients that used to be fine have now been sort of polluted by this contagion.
So my intuitive message for you today is that it’s a lot simpler than you think what happened there.
And unfortunately your logical mind, your conscious mind has spun a lot of theories and stories and drama and explanation as to what’s happening in an effort to solve the problem. But it was barking up the wrong tree. Because the problem comes from being out of alignment with who you really are, with the soul, the purpose of this business.
And here’s how It happened a little bit at a time. It was very, one little step out of alignment, and then another step out of alignment, where it was barely perceptible. And it was easy to miss, you know? But now you find yourself completely lost in the woods, it’s dark, it’s nighttime, and you’re like, how did I end up here?
This is so weird. It’s harder to do that than if you catch it early, you can quickly make a step back and go, okay, now I’m back on the road. I’m back where it’s bright and light.
So this is difficult.
And the thing that brought you out of alignment is money. It is the belief that your business primary purpose it’s just to make money. It didn’t start that way. And I feel that you started with a better handle, like you had your hand on the soul deep purpose of your business initially, and then you drifted apart from it one little step at a time.
And it was hard because It’s meant to make money. Your business is absolutely meant to make money, to be profitable as part of the bigger picture of you offering something that’s valuable and people being delighted by it and giving you money in exchange for the value that they received. That makes sense.
But initially, you did not make as much money as you wanted. You did make money though, but it was compared to what you thought you should be making. Oh my God, it’s, it’s been three months. I should be making this much. And I wonder if some of that was just from the hype of social media or, you know, people who, people right now in marketing make claims that are clearly blatant lies.
So I saw this book once on Amazon that says become a millionaire in 30 days. And there might be some interesting information in there, but I feel that the price to pay for that information is to have your heart broken. Because emotionally, we are attracted to this claim. Oh wow, 30 days, millionaire, yes.
It’s an emotional response. And then maybe there’s some really good tips in there about how to achieve financial freedom, But it’s lost to the emotional cost of when you close the book and you’re not a millionaire, and chances are you won’t be, your heart is broken.
Your trust is broken. And that is a very high price to pay to read this book. As you have been influenced in some way to feel that you are not making enough money, you then shifted your focus. It was so slight. It was just a little bit, but okay, this client doesn’t feel quite in alignment, but I’m going to take it anyway because I need the money.
And then another one. And then another one. And what happens is when we do that, so you’re accepting a client for money, which in itself is not a big problem. The thing is that if the priority of your business was first to have this cycle, right, where you offer value, people are delighted, and they pay you for the value you have provided.
Now this cycle is interrupted. Because the first thing that comes up in the cycle is, I need money. And that will suck the life out of you. And it’s been sucking the life out of you. I think you’re, you’re not just confused, but I think you’re starting to be really tired.
Because you’ve still been pushing through with that cycle. So it’s the alignment that’s a problem.
It’s not actually a money problem because had you not compared where you are after three months to where you thought you should be, you would have kept going and you would have ended up in the place you wanted to be, which is to make plenty of money because you bring a lot of value.
And that’s very clear at the energy level that the service you provide is valuable. So that’s not the problem. You would have gotten to making the same amount of money that you’re making now, however, you would not be having this really heavy and difficult sense that you’re pushing a boulder up the hill with these clients, that frustration every day.
So this is an alignment issue fundamentally. And if you change your alignment then the, the dynamic with your clients will change as well. Now, one thing I want to clarify, this is not quick because you’ve been doing this for a while and you have a habit.
You have a habit of thinking: ah, this client is annoying but it pays the bill. That thought has left a really heavy marker. So the image I’m seeing, the intuitive image I’m seeing is you writing with a permanent marker on the wall.
This client is annoying. And it’s written everywhere in your energy so it has left a trace in your energy of this frustration because you are out of alignment.
So eventually when we take a lot of actions that are out of alignment, it starts to pollute our energy. And this is what you’re struggling with.
Now you have polluted energy, and you’ve lost your sense of direction. So you’re in the forest, it’s dark, it’s cold, and you don’t know where the road is anymore. Can’t find the trail, because you’re out of alignment. When you’re in alignment, the trail is always in front of you. That’s the best way I can describe that.
When you’re in alignment with your soul, with divinity, with your purpose, the thing that’s in front of you is always the next step. So it’s much easier. When you’re out of alignment, you’re facing a wall.
There is no exit there. And the only way to get out of there is to backtrack, back away from being out of alignment. And then now you have to rotate and you have to find your alignment.
So here’s something that that I would suggest now that we have the problem really well circumscribed.
And again, this is not going to be quick but I’m guessing two or three months though, you would start to see changes and you would start to see either clients that are feeling fun to work with, where you feel in harmony with the client or even clients that are frustrating you right now are going to be back in alignment because I don’t think it’s a problem with the client.
I think it’s a problem with the fact that you’re trying to pull this in the direction that it’s not supposed to go.
So this is quite fixable. There’s not a bit explosion where you have to close your business or fire all your clients. I don’t see that at all.
It’s much gentler than this.
Do you remember when you first started, how it felt, to have your first client, how it felt to have your second client, And they were good clients. Really, you were like, wow, damn, this is good. How lucky am I to have these clients? That feeling, that’s alignment.
So I want you to try to remember these moments and, and I would like you to write them down so that you remember these moments. Your first client, your second client, your best client, your funniest client. How good that felt. Get that lined up first and the money will come as a side effect of your alignment.
But if you put the money first, you have the cart in front of the horses and it won’t move anymore. So we’re going to take the horses and move them forward in front of the cart. And this is going to start moving again without the weight that you’ve been feeling that you have to push so hard.
That’s going to melt away. So write , I feel like you have maybe four or five big moments that you can remember and I only see the trace in your energy, right? So I don’t see what the moments were in your consciousness, but I see that they left a trace, a memory trace in your energy. And if you wrote those down and you describe in beautiful details how good that felt to have these kinds of clients.
That you remember vividly how good and happy you were. Keep that on your desk. And whenever you’re interacting with a client and you feel irritated, just read the words. One of those events.
Let yourself be filled with the memory, the trigger memory of that feeling.
And now you’re in alignment. And in that moment, when you’re in alignment, that step that’s right in front of you is going to be the right one.
So maybe you will fire one or two clients. Because you’ll realize that when you have that feeling of alignment, they do not resonate with that. Okay. You got to fire this one.
But then when you’re with a client that used to be in alignment and is not anymore, and you are back in alignment, you’ll be like, Oh actually this is fine. I totally get it now. This is what I need to say, or this is what I need to do for us to be in alignment again. And those when you can totally save, like I said, this is not a big change.
