Intuitive Message: Feeling Pulled In Too Many Directions?
Hi, my name is Elise Lebeau, I’m the Left Brain intuitive and today, I’m wondering if this intuitive message is for you?
This message is for a woman who feels pulled in a lot of different directions.
There’s way too many horses on that card, and they’re all going different ways. And what it feels like, when I look at your energy, is that you have a few precious moments of energy to devote to all these different directions.
And so you’re trying to keep it together by constantly cycling. Okay, I’m going to spend five minutes thinking about this and I’m going to spend 15 minutes trying to solve that problem. And you keep switching from direction to direction and not making a lot of progress. That’s where you feel stuck.
You’re not making progress anymore.
So my intuitive message for you is: First, I want to tell you what is the root cause of this problem because you’ve been solving the superficial problems and it’s a reflex, right?
The logical mind, our consciousness, wants to solve the problem that’s right in front of us. But sometimes if there’s a deeper issue that is behind all of the little baby problems. If you solve that one, then all the baby problems go away. It’s more efficient to do it this way.
So that’s the first thing I want to do: talk about what’s kind of the fundamental root cause. And then I want to make a suggestion about a new direction so you don’t feel stuck anymore.
And this is really where intuition shines. When things are going well, and you’re making decisions and making progress, this is the perfect time to follow your consciousness, your logical mind, to plan the steps that you already have.
But when you get stuck, and your logical mind, can’t take you any further. That’s when it’s time to dive into your intuition, to tap into this subconscious repository of information.
There’s always information that’s stored in there. It’s not stored in language. So it’s not easily going to pop into your consciousness. You need to do a little work to refine it, to massage it, to process it so that it’s actionable, so that you can go from feeling stuck to your next steps.
this is what I want you to experience today: from feeling stuck to knowing what your next step is. And this is what I call the intuitive algorithm.
I’m basically, when I’m giving these intuitive messages, tuning it to specific people when I’m doing these messages.
I know that if you’re struggling with this, this has resonated with you already.
I’m using this as an example of how to use the intuitive algorithm to really rocket fuel your life. Because think about it, if you’re stuck right now and let’s say, I feel you’ve been stuck for a while. I’m going to say anywhere from six months to a couple of years.
This is where intuition is most helpful: to go from that stuck place where your logical mind says, well, I don’t know what to tell you. This is it. This is what you have to do. You have to feel pulled in every direction. You have to feel like there’s never enough time to solve all the problems that are in front of you or that you can’t make progress. Maybe it’s the same set of problems that you know are in front of you, but you’re just not making any progress anymore.
We’re going to switch gear here and I’m going to go into describing the two root causes that I see in your energy about this problem. The first one that I see is that you are affected by pollution.
Pollution is one of the nemeses of intuition. The great enemy of intuition because it distorts the intuitive message that your intuition is trying to send you. And it happens when we integrate other people’s opinions and advice and suggestions into our internal process.
Intuition comes from within you.
It’s not an external thing. It comes from within your own hard drive, the information that you have access to personally. Pollution comes from the outside. It’s other people’s stuff.
And it might be really great ideas. I mean, you might have discovered a great system to be more efficient at work and how you read your emails. And that’s what you’ve been trying recently, but it’s not getting better. You’re stuck. And this is your indicator that this solution is not helping you move to your next step, move past this obstacle.
That system from that other person, that can be pollution. Now, if the system resonates with you, meaning there’s something inside of you that echoes in that external thing, that’s okay. That’s not pollution. That’s information coming in from the outside confirming what you already know.
Pollution is different. It’s when you are interfering with what you know to be true for you by listening too much to other people.
And it’s a plague, you know, in our society. We are exposed more frequently and not only that, but we’re exposed to it in a way that deforms it. When somebody just tells you the highlight reels of how they launched their million-dollar business, you’re not getting the full story here. You’re just getting the best part because that’s what people post on social media. And it’s distorted. And when you try to follow that, you’re going to end up in the ditch. And you’re going to feel terrible. Which is when you know that your intuition is trying to tell you something through that feeling.
Intuition has to communicate to you in a different way that doesn’t collide with your Logical Mind.
And t doesn’t use language.
It uses images that pop in your head. It uses feelings. You feel really angry all of a sudden, and you’re not sure why.
It uses physical sensations. You have a heavy feeling in the pit of your stomach. So today, as you’re trying to read your emails, following the new system that you just discovered to try to help you be more efficient at work, you have that heavy pit feeling in your stomach. That’s your intuition trying to tell you not this way. There’s a better way than this.
The thing is that we don’t ask why. Which leads me to the second problem that you’re experiencing, the second root cause.
The first one is pollution. You’re paying too much attention to other people’s suggestions who are trying to be helpful and help you solve your problem. But it’s distorting your own insights.
The second one is that you are suppressing your intuition without realizing it because you’re suppressing the emotions that are trying to tell you, Hey, I have an intuitive insight for you. I call those intuitive hints.
It’s like that little red dot on your email saying that there’s a message waiting. And emotions are the most accessible ways that intuition tries to say to you: Hey, I have information about what you’re struggling with right now. When you’re reading your email, following the system, and you feel so angry.
That is an intuitive hint, maybe. And it’s worth investigating. Not every emotion is a message from your intuition, but a lot of them are.
And especially as women, we tend to ignore them.
Because anger is not appropriate, it’s not ladylike, it’s petty. There are all kinds of stories that we have just from our culture and from our own minds about why certain emotions are to be avoided. And when we do that, we actually break our intuitive compass. Which is the problem you’re dealing with right now.
If you have a compass and you tell the compass, you cannot point north, ever because that I don’t want to go north, that’s a direction that scares me or that I find inappropriate, then you have a broken compass. Because if that’s the way you need to go to get home, you’re never going to make it. You know, turning circles in the other three directions.
And this is what’s happening and the image I’m getting is that you’re sort of in a maze but there’s no exit door. So you keep bumping into the same walls over and over again because the door is north. And if you don’t go that way, you can’t get out.
The suggestion I want to make today is that every emotion that you suppress is a missed opportunity for more information. And how do you get the information down? How do you get the information from your intuition that comes up with an emotion? And here’s how.
You have to ask.
Why am I angry?
Notice this is using words, which is the specialty of your conscious mind. The first thing that’s going to come up is a story about why you’re angry and why anger is petty. And you should keep doing the system, even though it makes you angry. This is all logical mind.
There’s no intuition here. Intuition feels different and it resonates with you always.
Every time I give an intuitive insight in a reading, people say, oh my gosh, yes, totally, that’s exactly how I feel.
And that’s how we know that we’re on the right track.
Because if it doesn’t resonate with you, then I did it wrong. It’s pretty simple.
And if it does resonate with you, then it’s right on. We’re following that track.
And here’s one of the intuitive insights I’m getting for you.
There’s a timing problem with this email system.
Maybe the system that you’re using to read emails says you have to do this first thing in the morning when you get into work. But you are not in a good mental place to do this first thing in the morning. There’s something else that you need to do first.
You can’t talk to anybody in the first 30 minutes that you’re there. You can’t talk to anybody and you can’t read stuff from other people. Interesting, okay, so the most productive thing you can do in the first 30 minutes that you’re at work is to work on stuff that you’re writing for others. You see how that’s a different direction? You’re going within and articulating your thoughts. So you can’t read emails, but you can respond to emails.
Oh, that’s really interesting. So the system can work, if, when you’re coming into the office, you have already sorted the day before, you have already sorted your email by 1) need to read to absorb information and 2) need to respond.
Those are two different categories and I bet you, the problem is that the system using has different categories. But those are the ones that work for you.
So that in the first 30 minutes, when you’re using your system to read emails, you’re only responding. What’s inside me that I need to say, as opposed to let me get more information in. That’s pollution first thing in the morning. That’s really harsh. It’s like starting your day with a shot of tequila, you know? Right.
Do you see how that’s a simple shift, right? But that comes from intuition. And I bet you, the moment you heard this, you thought, oh, that’s actually a good idea. I could try that.
And I would love for you to try it. But this is an intuitive insight and you know, it’s an intuitive insight because it resonates with you.
It resonates with you. And this information came from intuition, which was subconscious. Now your subconscious knows so much stuff about you that you don’t consciously carry, because we can only think about five to seven things consciously at a time. After that, things start falling off the table. So there’s a bunch of stuff.
I mean, most stuff that we know is pushed to the subconscious. Which is where your intuition lives. It’s like the librarian for all that information that is down there.
All right. That’s all I’m getting for you today. I hope this was helpful.
