[85] Is This Intuitive Message For You? Suffering from Lower Back Pain
Hi, my name is Elise, I’m the Left Brain Intuitive, and your intuition is calling. Let’s see what it has to say.
Anonymous Intuitive Message
So today I have an anonymous intuitive message for somebody in the audience. I do these special episodes because not everybody can afford to have a private reading with me, and I still want you to have access to clarity because clarity can change the course of your life, you know.
It did for me. It was really eye-opening to see the long-term effect that making intuitive decisions with great clarity made in my life. I was able to retire early at 47, even though I had no idea how I was going to finance that.
If you’d like to get your own intuitive message, you just go to my website at leftbrainintuitive.com/ask and fill out the form. It’s anonymous. I don’t need your name. I just need to know where you’re stuck.
Intuition and Lower Back Pain
Alright, so today’s message is for a woman who is having lower back pain. This has been going on for a while. You’ve been carrying this for a while. You’re very good at doing all the therapies and seeing doctors and massage therapists or physical therapists. You’ve done all that, and it has improved. However, you’re now stuck because you’re at a place where you’re thinking, maybe not consciously, but it’s showing up in your energy, that this is it.
You’re going to live with that the rest of your life. Your intuition has something to say about that.
Logical Mind vs. Intuition
It’s our logical mind that will usually make these kinds of pronouncements, you know, like yep, gotta live with it. Sometimes it’s true. There are things in our lives that eventually change. We age, and our body changes, and we do need to accept these. However, there are a lot of things that we accept because we’re settling because we don’t have all the information.
Intuition is just information. But it’s information that’s stored in our subconscious. We don’t have access to that unless we go look down there, rummaging in the basement, turning on the light. That’s what I do. I turn on the light on something that might help you deal with that lower back pain.
Grounding and Physical Symptoms
In this case, it radiates down your legs. I’m not sure if you feel pain in that way, but the symptom is in your lower back, but it goes all the way down to your feet. Our feet are our primary point of contact for grounding. We’re always touching something. Our body’s touching the bed, our feet are touching the floor. We’re not floating in space. That place where we touch the ground is our connection to the physical reality around us. It anchors us.
Floating in space can be disorienting. If you’ve ever been in one of those floating baths, you know it can be a little bit disorienting because our brain is used to having that connection. One of the things that can happen is that this connection, the feet connection, can reflect an energetic issue.
Intuition and Grounding
If your grounding is unstable, so sometimes you’re grounded and sometimes you’re not, that translates into something very simple: sometimes you are connected with who you are, and you feel that. You know who you are, you know what you want, and you know if you’re in alignment with it.
And sometimes you’re not. That’s when you lose your grounding. Then you start to worry about what other people think or follow their advice without checking first if it resonates with you. It’s easy to get lost.
In this case, the lower back pain that you’ve been carrying goes down to your feet and has to do with grounding because you’ve been very, very slowly drifting away from being in charge of your own life. Not because somebody else has taken over, but because you’re sort of giving away your power to other people without realizing it by listening to the latest system or what people think you should do or what people think you should want. You are currently pursuing things in your life that you don’t really care about.
Drifting Away from Your True Path
But it’s what everybody does, and so you’re doing it too. That’s partially due to the fact that your grounding is not always there. Sometimes you lose touch, or you suppress that connection with who you really are. Your feet are just a reflection of that. They’re like the messenger. It’s a functional symptom meaning that the reason we have a pain or an illness is trying to fulfill a purpose. It has a function, and in this case, this issue with your feet has to do with the fact that you lose your grounding, and then your back will hurt.
Because what’s happening is you’re drifting away from the life that you want. Mostly because I feel you’ve talked yourself out of it. Your logical mind has said, well, we have to live with this back pain. We have to live with this job. We have to live with this toxic relationship. It’s sort of a final death sentence, you know. You’re going to have to live with that for the rest of your life.
Change and Growth
That’s not what I’m seeing. From an intuitive perspective, that’s not what I’m seeing. There’s a lot of room here for change and growth and thriving. Not in something drastic. Not in something like you need to quit your job or you need to cut all ties with this person that is toxic for you. But more in a way of, how can we make this better?
A little bit every day, so that six months from now, you’re not stuck anymore. You’re making progress. This will have a major impact on the pain that you feel in your lower back. Right now you’re carrying this sort of permanent sentence, you know, that your life will not be your own. The back pain is the symptom, but the bigger issue here is that you have come all this way to be on this planet, to have this life.
Living a Life True to Your Soul
It would really suck if you left without having lived a life that was truly a reflection of your soul, of who you really are, you know. We pollute our life by ignoring the signals from our intuition that something either resonates with us or it doesn’t.
Sometimes there’s something that’s good for you and you ignore it. And sometimes there’s something that’s bad for you and you ignore it.
Intuitive Alignment
Here, we have a life that is drifting away from you. It’s something that’s very, it’s just one step at a time, right? You just took one step out of alignment and then another step and then another step. Years later, you are lost. You have lost your beacon. You can’t find the way back to your trail.
You’re just wandering through other people’s trails, things that have nothing to do with you. There are things in your life that you’re pursuing right now that when you get there will not make you happy. It will not.
Your back symptom is communicating to you that you’re still going away from your life, from the life that you were meant to have. It’s not that we have a script of things that we’re going to get done in this life. That’s not how I see that, but we do intend to come here to have a life that is an expression of who we are.
Finding Your Path
Our soul, the part of us that survives when we die. It’s extremely painful when we have a life that is polluted. It’s kind of like you’re wearing the wrong size shoes every day. Your feet hurt every day because of that problem, right? It’s similar to that.
My intuitive message to you today is that you don’t have to live with this back pain for the rest of your life. It will get better as you figure out how to get back to who you really are. When you’re making a decision, is it because it resonates with you, or is it because you feel you have to say yes?
Every time you choose to say yes, even though it does not resonate with you, you’re taking a step away from your life. Every time you ask yourself, is this the right thing for me? And you get a no. And you say no, you’re taking a step towards your life, the life that you intended to have.
Small Decisions Lead to Big Changes
It’s so much nicer than a life of pain and a life of emotional trauma from constantly abandoning yourself. I don’t really talk about religion much because it’s compatible with intuition, right? It doesn’t matter what your spiritual or religious beliefs are. It’s compatible with intuition, always, no matter what religion you are, because those are complementary systems.
In this case, I feel that there’s a misunderstanding about what God or the universe wants from you. You feel that you need to do something, you need to achieve a mission, you need to save somebody, when in fact Divinity is calling for you to just have the life that is in harmony with who you are. When you do that, you’ll feel better, and you will naturally gravitate towards the things that are part of your purpose, naturally.
Finding Your Life Purpose Intuitively
If you chase it, you’re going to go the wrong way, because you’re going to chase the things that you think are your life purpose. If you keep making that small decision every day to ask yourself, is this a good fit for me? Do I really want to say yes or do I really want to say no? And you follow that answer.
You make a decision and you take steps in that direction. You’re coming back to the right track. And you will naturally run into all the big pieces of your purpose. Isn’t that funny? We do this backwards.
We do this backwards in our culture. I think it’s because the message has been that we have to find our life purpose when in fact our life purpose finds us when we’re in a life that resonates with who we are.
